We found Karen Hukill in early January 2011 because my husband was involved in a tumultuous court battle for his children in California while living in Virginia.  We had been attempting to terminate a Guardianship over his two children and there had been false accusations brought up in court and with CPS.  We had used a different monitor for a few months, but the Guardians did not believe that the visits were being properly monitored and stopped all parenting time.  When looking for someone new, we knew that we needed someone with extensive experience and knowledge of high-risk cases and Karen came highly referred.  Throughout our time using her services, Karen proved she was impartial to court-related dramas and only focused on the well being of the two children involved.  She allowed my husband to have peaceful, fun visits.  Karen was amazing with the children (they still talk about her) and was excellent at redirecting us when the situation called for it.  If Karen was not available, she always had a second and well-trained monitor to ensure that my husband's visits were never canceled due to unavailability.  The reports she provided for the court were extremely detailed and accurate and proved she is incredible at what she does.  She doesn't miss a thing!  Karen is well worth every penny and although we will not need her services any longer (as the kids now reside with us in VA after we won our case) we strongly recommend her to anyone needing a professional, unbiased and caring monitor.

Parental Dynamics have been a huge blessing to our family! After bad experiences with two prior agencies, we found Parental Dynamics. I used this agency for several years as the custodial parent and then as the parent requiring supervision services. As the custodial parent, I never once had to worry about my child's safety. Karen hires only the best, and her safety policies are excellent. As the parent requiring supervision, I was so happy to have visits outside an office, and the supervisors were excellent. It was never awkward or uncomfortable. This agency has very clear and practical policies that eliminate conflict and confusion, especially between parents, and the rate is extremely reasonable for the services provided. I was very happy when we received our written reports because they were accurate and factual and never once appeared bias or attempted to "choose sides." My children have spent several years with this agency and have nothing but good things to say about their experiences as well. We are fortunate to not require services any longer, but we are grateful to Karen and Parental Dynamics for making a potentially unpleasant situation into such a positive experience for our family.

We have been having supervised visits with Parental Dynamics since last year.  Karen is always on top of her game.  She communicates all visitation with my children and me before and after.  My children feel comfortable and safe during supervised visits with her.  Thank you for your hard work and for keeping my kids safe!

I don't even know where to begin or how to express my gratitude for the role Karen played in my life, but ultimately the lives of my children.  After hours upon hours of research to find the best supervisor, which I needed to see my children, I chose Karen.  From the first moment we spoke on the phone, I knew that I made the right choice.  Karen's knowledge mixed with an understanding of what is truly best for a family was evident after I read her notes of our very first visit ... and every visit thereafter.  I couldn't believe what she witnessed in a four-hour visit.  It was as if she had known my family for years.  ultimately, her detailed (minute by minute) notes, which she promptly emailed to the courts, led to my children having a voice in such a horrifying time for them.  She conducted herself in such a professional manner no matter what the circumstance was for that visit.  I didn't know until I read the notes to the court that she was equally as compassionate as she was professional.  Even my kids looked forward to seeing Ms. Karen when she came!  I owe Karen the most thanks in bringing our tragic and hostile situation back to a quiet and loving state for our whole family!  I would not have ever guessed I would be where I am today and know that the role Karen played is a huge reason.

Karen reached out to me to complete the intake form to begin supervised visits for my daughter and her mom. Karen was very professional and provided me with all the information I needed to get the intake forms complete. Just before the visit they came to my home and explained the services they provide and put my concerns at ease. Her communication skills were superb I never felt left in the dark about anything. She also responded in a timely manner to any questions or concerns that I had. Every effort was taken to ensure my daughter had a safe and productive visit with her mom. I would recommend their service to anyone who wants a professional that is trained in supervised visitations.

Karen has been supervising visits for my children for 18 months and I cannot imagine them being with anyone else!  She is extremely friendly, caring, loving, and provides for a consistent safe environment for the children.  She is dependable, reliable and always on time.  My children absolutely love her warming smile and comfort she provides to allow them to have the healthiest interaction with their Father possible.  I do not worry about my children when they are with Karen, as she always promotes the utmost safest environment.  On the flip side, if someone was looking to hire a supervisor, to help monitor visits with your children, I would not look any further.  Karen is so respectful regardless of the difficult situation you may be in.  She is fair and will help coordinate the best possible visit.  Karen is extremely talented at her job and carries incredible qualities that will change your life during the most trying times.

Simply amazing. I fly in from San Jose, CA to visit my daughter once a month in Phoenix Arizona.  Not only did Karen make great recommendations on where to stay but also what activities to do that were affordable and fun!!  Her employees are extremely professional, and the reports that are written are true and accurate. My lawyers and the family courts really appreciate the attention to detail and they help paint the picture of the true, healthy relationship that I have with my daughter.
